I AM LEGEND (Poem)

For the eye has a blind spot, I prefer not to be seen but felt.

Feeling is eternal; Seeing is ephemeral.

I need not possess ravishing looks nor fancy costumes.

My heart's predilections are paramount.

I am a legend. A paragon.

A monumental icon that started it all.

From humble existence to eminence,

Reaching this far has become a feat on its own.

I bare it all and I feel proud of this nudity.

I defy the gray areas and embrace the transparencies.

I may not be invincible but this is me...

I am invisible. Felt. Nothing more. Nothing less.
